Committed to the triple bottom line—people, planet and profit—B&B Hospitality Group strives to be a paradigm of sustainability. Our restaurant management teams work with Director of Environmental Health, Elizabeth Meltz, to make our restaurants as conscientious as possible. To measure the effectiveness of our efforts, we work with the Green Restaurant Association (GRA), a non-profit organization that has built the world’s largest database of environmental solutions for the restaurant industry. The GRA audits restaurants based on their efforts in six verticals and assigns a point value to each of the restaurant’s sustainability initiatives. If a business accrues at least 100 points, with a minimum in each category they’re given a star value. Below, we detail all of the initiatives at Felidia.
