Spring is here and Felidia is celebrating with a new spring menu! Some favorites are:

Carbonara “Primavera” – Spring vegetable “carbonara”, farm egg, crispy bacon, pecorino cheese

Pappardelle – Spinach pappardelle, hudson valley duck, mushrooms

Battutina Di Vitello – Thinly sliced grass fed veal tenderloin, Grana Padano cheese & hazelnut fonduta, white & green asparagus
